 You allow yourself to worry about the level of acceptance others have for you.
 Guilt takes deeper root than is necessary.
 You have a hard time letting go of frustrations.Sometimes you feel legitimate anger, but then you suppress it.
 Emotional pain envelops you, and it seems too strong to overcome.
 You make major efforts to project a correct image.
 You think often in terms of what you deserve.
 Sometimes you defer your needs as you try to keep everyone else happy.
 When you speak about your needs or convictions, your tone of voice can become coercive.
 Timidness or shyness may cause you to let others act insensitively toward you.
